A hardback book on the history of the Gainsborough Girls High School is planned by the Gainsborough & District Heritage Association in conjunction with the Old Girls Association of the school for sale in time for Christmas 2011.

Do you have reminiscences and/or photographs which would enable to the story to come alive?

It is also planned to include as many names of pupils and staff as possible plus information on their lives and careers. All information would be included in an archive which would be held at the Heritage Centre.

We have a very full collection of the Viking magazine, photographs and letters which were collected by the school and Heritage Centre before the school closed.
