New Heritage Centre

We are currently renovating the Old Post Office on the corner of North Street. This will be our new Gainsborough Heritage Centre when it’s completed.

Some of our collection is already on the move as you can see from the photos below.

	When items arrive, they can now be stored in the various rooms available to us.




		Our new centre will give us the room to display more of the items in our collection.




		Moving everything is a big task, here Roger Jubb and Carlton Bradley prepare more items to be moved.




	It’s all hands on deck to get everything from storage and into the centre - here our Chairperson, Dorothy Pearson, is helping with the move.


	The Gainsborough and District Heritage Association - helping preserve Gainsborough’s heritage and history for today and tomorrow.
