Nurse Pieroni’s Bicycle

For many years Nurse Mabel Pieroni was District Nurse and Midwife for Gainsborough and District. Her bicycle, which she used for many years, before she was provided with a car, has been donated to the Heritage Centre by Mr. and Mrs. N. Hare.

In order to celebrate the work of those District Nurses and Midwives who worked for the town in the past, a small book will be published through the Heritage Centre.
